ELIGIBILITY REQUIRED:
A) AGE (as on 1 September 2013):
18 Years-28 Years
B) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
i) For Branch Manager:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate or Post Graduate – in any discipline with preferably JAIIB / CAIIB.
15 years of Banking experience out of which 8 years in Managerial position.
AGE:
Not more than 40 years
ii) For Assistant Branch Manager:
Graduate or Post Graduate – in any discipline with preferably JAIIB / CAIIB.
10 years of Banking experience out of which 5 years in Officer Cadre.
AGE:
Not more than 35 years
iii) For Officer’s in Junior Management Level (M1 cadre):
Graduate or Post Graduate – in any discipline with preferably JAIIB / CAIIB.
7 years’ of Banking experience out of which 3 years’ in Officer Cadre.
AGE:
Not more than 32 years
iv) For Officer’s in Junior Management Level (M0 cadre):
Graduate or Post Graduate – in any discipline with preferably JAIIB / CAIIB.
5 years of Banking experience.
AGE:
Not more than 30 years
SELECTION PROCESS:
Candidates will be selected via personal interviews only. During interviews session candidates are liable to bring all the original certificates with photo identity proof for the verification purpose.
