B) EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (as on 01 JULY 2012):
i) For Officer Scale-III:
Bachelor’s Degree In any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with at least 50% marks.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years as an Officer in a Bank or in Financial Institutions.
ii) For Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer):
Bachelor’s Degree In any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with at least 50% marks.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 02 years as an Officer in a Bank or in Financial Institutions.
iii) Officer Scale-II (Chartered Accountants):
Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 01 year
iv) Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager):
Candidates must have a Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Post graduate Degree in Finance from a recognized university/ institution.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 01 year
v) Officer Scale-I/ Office Assistant (Multipurpose):
Bachelor’s Degree In any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent
Proficiency in local language
